Description
This is a quick and easy small amigurumi Chick creme egg cover. It is perfect for those last minute Easter gifts and the amounts of yarn used is small that its great for using up leftover yarn or those scraps that you have no idea what you would use them for.
The approximate size of the chick crème egg cover is 2 inches tall.
Materials I used in this project are:
Small amounts of Paintbox Yarns Cotton DK in Buttercup Yellow, Vintage Pink and Black
3mm crochet hook,
Scissors,
Darning needle,
Stitch marker (optional),
Crème Egg
This project will also work with DK acrylic yarn too also using the 3mm hook and should still fit the crème egg.
If you did not want to use this pattern as a creme egg cover there are alterations within the pattern that instruct you on how to close the bottom of the body to turn the cover into a little chick instead.
