Linked Hearts Blanket Filet Crochet Pattern

£4.50

This is a simple and unique blanket, made using the Filet technique of crochet.  It is such an addictive technique to use as you slowly see the pattern emerging with each finished row. The pattern consists of written instructions as well as a chart. There are instructions on how to amend the size of the blanket too.

Description

The Linked Hearts Blanket crochet pattern uses DK yarn and a 4.5 mm hook but you can use any to suit your preference but this will alter the size of your blanket. It uses approximately 400g of yarn. 100g for each linked heart panel and 100g for the separating sections and border if made following this pattern. I used Stylecraft Special DK yarn in the colours White, Silver, Duck Egg and Pale Rose.

This blanket has been featured as a guest post on the Bella Coco Blog which was very exciting.

The finished blanket is approximately 24 inches x 28 inches. A larger blanket will need more yarn. The pattern is written with both row by row written instructions and a chart to work from. There is also information on how to amend the size of your blanket should you wish to make it larger or smaller.
